Who We Are:

Texas Call Center Solutions LLC (TCCS) founded in 1997,  has grown to be the largest, full service, contact center in the Southwest US,  representing the resort development, timeshare, travel club, hotel and fractional home & membership industries.  Our services include pre-sale services, tour generation, consumer qualifications, advertising, package sales, digital media advertising, lead generation, social media branding & call center project management, email marketing, compliance testing, consulting for direct mail and resort development endeavors and sales training and management for various industries.   TCCS has enjoyed consistent management & ownership for over 25 years.

Current Open Positions: (as of last week)

Level 1  Agent:  starting $14.00/hr & increased to $15.00/hr after Week 1 Test & to $16.00/hr after Week 2 test: PLUS BONUSES & COMMISSIONS!

Level 2 Agent: starting $16.00/hr & increased to $17.00/hr after LEVEL 1 Test & to $18.00/hr after LEVEL 2 test: PLUS BONUSES & COMMISSIONS!

Contact Center Shift Manager: (after 6 MONTHS of employment) starting $16.50 per hour with QUARTERLY RAISES & or BONUSES

Contact Center Manager: staring $17.00 per hour with QUARTERLY RAISES & or BONUSES

 

Digital Ads Manager:  starting $25 per hour with quarterly evaluations and raises.

 

OPC, Lead Generation & Sales Reps:  $500 weekly base + commissions & BONUSES
